Nomad Pencil Bullnose Utopia gloss solves a specific problem: finishing tile against warm stone. It is a taupe edge piece in a glossy glaze.
A cool white or gray edge landing beside travertine, limestone, or a sand-toned porcelain will read as a mismatch even when the field tile behind it works. A taupe bullnose bridges that, because the same warmth that makes Utopia a difficult color to photograph makes it the right one to put at a junction with natural stone.
In gloss it holds more depth than a flat taupe would. The rounded profile takes the glaze deeper at its edges and lighter across the crown, so the color has some movement in it even at ⅜″ wide.
Color-matched to the Utopia field tile in both finishes.
Interior walls, shower walls, steam showers, backsplashes, and fireplace surrounds clear of the firebox. Not rated underfoot or for submerged use.
Take a showroom sample to the stone before the tile, because the stone is the harder match.
