Description

Nomad Pencil Bullnose Nirvana gloss is a soft gray ceramic trim, and the piece that shows what happens when a high-variation color is cut down to a narrow strip.

Nirvana spans six shade ranges, and on a full-size face that range plays out inside a single tile. At ⅜″ wide there is no room for it to do that, so each strip tends to read as one tone, and the variation surfaces along the run instead, as a quiet rhythm between neighbors. It is a different effect from the field tile entirely, and on a long edge it looks intentional.

Two practical consequences. Order the trim and the field together so they come from the same production, and lay the strips out before setting rather than pulling them from the box in order.

Gloss, color-matched to the Nirvana field tile. Interior and shower walls, steam showers, backsplashes, fireplace surrounds. Floors, pools, and spas fall outside the rating.

Have a showroom lay several end to end, since one piece cannot show you a rhythm.
