A white tile has nothing to hide behind, which is the point of Nomad Just White gloss: a glazed ceramic wall tile, 3.5″ × 12″, where the relief and not the color carries a wall.

That is the whole argument for a textured white. With no shift in tone to look at, the surface has to do it: six separate reliefs per texture, each shaped so a semi-transparent glaze runs deeper through the dips and thins across the rises. In gloss, the highlights those shapes catch become the only pattern in the room, and they move all day as the light does.

Variation here is moderate, so a long run stays even. The name came out of a meeting that worked through every clever option and landed on the obvious one, which is about right for a tile confident enough to be plain.

The tile is produced in Valencia, Spain, by a ceramic house of 120 years. Interior walls, shower walls, steam showers, backsplashes, and fireplace walls are all fine. Not for floor use, pool use, or spa use. No sealer required.

White is the color that most needs to be seen at scale, so ask your showroom for a full board.
