Set in an offset, brick-style pattern, the 1"x2" Obsidian Shine mosaic carries deep, glossy black with a dramatic pearlescent sheen across the floor in an easy horizontal rhythm. The standard Lava finish would give it a glassy, undulating shimmer; here, a fused glass aggregate — melted into the surface at temperatures exceeding 1,025°F — trades some of that shine for a more diffuse, textured surface built for pool decks, shower floors, Baja shelves, and other spots where feet meet water. The softened color and sheen hold true underwater too, so it's worth reviewing a physical sample before specifying to see exactly how Obsidian Shine reads.
